With this self-priming gear pump, it is possible to extract diesel/oil from one container and fill it into another.

This can happen automatically with the help of the display. The display can also trigger a change of rotation direction at the same time.

An exemplary application is, for example, the transfer of diesel into various auxiliary tanks in off-road vehicles that do not have their own filler neck.

The main tank with filler neck is filled with diesel as before, and the other extra tanks are then refueled from it using the pump.

Due to the reversal of rotation, refueling the main tank from the extra tanks is also possible, of course.

Another area of application is in boat building. Here, various diesel tanks can be internally pumped over for tank leveling.

This keeps the boat in balance.

The electronic display has some intelligent controls:

It detects whether a tank has been sucked dry and then automatically switches off the pump after 60 seconds.

The gear pump is automatically switched off by the display after 60 seconds to prevent damage to the pump if it pumps against resistance.

The pump always works for 30 seconds and is then restarted via the display.

Continuous operation is possible; the display must be reprogrammed accordingly.
