Shipping policy

Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Entire EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. (Other countries upon request)

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 7.80 per order (valid up to 31.5 kg parcel weight).

For delivery to German islands we charge an island surcharge of EUR 13.00.

Deliveries to other countries:

We calculate shipping costs to other countries based on the following weight classes:

EU shipping
Up to 2 kg: EUR 16.00
Up to 5 kg: EUR 18.00
Up to 10 kg: EUR 25.00
Up to 31.5 kg: EUR 33.00

Switzerland / Liechtenstein shipping
Up to 2 kg: EUR 21.00
Up to 5 kg: EUR 24.00
Up to 10 kg: EUR 34.00
Up to 31.5 kg: EUR 44.00

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2–10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

- Payment by advance payment (bank transfer)

Further details on payment

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
