Right of Withdrawal for Consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.)

Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered as a single shipment;

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last good, if you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;

- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial shipments or items;

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us that you withdraw from this contract to: Viktor Vogelsang, Bohlinger Straße 25, 78224 Singen (Hohentwiel), Germany. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; to contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded; to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery; to contracts for the delivery of goods if they were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature; to contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market which cannot be controlled by the entrepreneur; to contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery; to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
