ZVA Nozzle Repair, all versions
We offer repair services for all ZVA nozzles.
Whether it's an automatic gasoline or diesel nozzle, an automatic valve for solvents, or manual nozzles for oil, all versions can be repaired.
The submitted ZVA nozzles are completely disassembled into all individual parts and cleaned.
After visual inspection of all components, worn, deformed, or corroded parts are discarded.
All seals are renewed as a matter of course; all other individual parts are replaced as needed.
Final assembly is carried out by trained specialists with many years of experience.
After assembly, the nozzles are adjusted on a test bench, identical to that used in ZVA series production.
This process includes a function check, verification of the automatic shut-off, and the external and internal tightness of your ZVA nozzle.
You receive a 1-year warranty on the repair of your ZVA nozzle.
Pricing is based on the type of ZVA nozzle.

Important: Before shipping, the ZVA nozzle must be emptied. This is done by triggering the nozzle without an attached dispensing hose.
