The pump has a switch for reversing the direction of rotation.

This means it can both suck and push without changing hoses.

The side channel pump is short-term dry-run safe due to its operating principle.

The side channel pump must be filled once with the medium to be pumped; then it is permanently self-priming, as liquid always remains in the pump.

If the height difference between the pump axis and the liquid level is more than 6 meters, the use of a check valve is indicated.

This also applies if a long horizontal distance has to be overcome.

Optionally, you can get the pictured demountable transport trolley with the pump.

This trolley facilitates the use of mobile pumps and provides adequate support for the pump with attached hoses during stationary operation.

The pump type offers further constructive advantages:

This pump is suitable, for example, for transferring water, heating oil, or diesel into various tanks.

Water, seawater, wine, vegetable oil, diesel, heating oil

The media to be pumped must not contain abrasive substances.

In this case, the pump must be equipped with a suitable filter.

The viscosity must not exceed 100 cSt.

The medium temperature must be below 70 ° C.
