Side channel pump with 230 Volt, max. 7 l/min and reversible rotation.

The special feature of this pump is its ability to convey liquids up to a max. temperature of 95 °C in continuous operation.

The SK-230-7-VA-Viton must not be used for domestic hot water circulation in heating systems; it is not considered a hot water circulation pump.

This pump operates with low pressure and low revolutions per minute. This allows for gentle pumping of high-quality food products such as olive oil.

Due to its design, the pump is dry-run safe and also offers the option of reversing the direction of rotation. This means it can both draw in and push out without changing hoses. The switch for this is integrated into the electrical housing and allows for easy operation.

The side channel pump must be filled once with the medium to be pumped, after which it is continuously self-priming, as liquid always remains in the pump.

You can find the matching food-grade silicone hose, up to 200 °C, with a 10 mm inner diameter and 3 mm wall thickness, under the "Hoses/Food-grade" button.

The strong wall thickness of 3 mm prevents the silicone hose from kinking on the 10 mm hose nozzle.

To avoid possible loosening during pumping, it is advisable to use our 14 mm hose clamps.

This pump type offers further constructive advantages:

suction of air is possible without damaging the impellers
escape of the medium is prevented
there is no contact between the medium and the motor
low speed with high liter output

This pump is suitable, for example, for transferring olive oil into various tanks.

Further applications include operation in wine filtration, or the transfer of lubricating oils, soaps, and water.

Optionally, you can get the illustrated mounting plate for all red side channel pumps.

This frame facilitates the use of mobile pumps and provides adequate support for the pump with attached hoses during stationary operation.

The media to be conveyed must not contain abrasive substances. In this case, the pump must be equipped with a suitable filter.

The media temperature must not exceed max. 95 °C.
