The special feature of this pump is the controllable manual bypass.

The bypass allows for flow regulation of up to approx. 30%.

In addition, the pump has a switch for reversing the direction of rotation.

This means it can pump and suck without changing the hoses.

The side channel pump is temporarily dry-running safe due to its operating principle.

The side channel pump must be filled once with the medium to be pumped, after which it is permanently self-priming, as liquid always remains in the pump.

Since this side channel pump is operated with a bypass, this valve must be closed when the pump is filled for the first time.

If the height difference between the pump axis and the liquid level is more than 6 meters, the use of a check valve is recommended.

This also applies if a long horizontal distance has to be overcome.

Optionally, you can get the pictured foldable transport trolley for the pump.

This trolley facilitates the use of mobile pumps and provides adequate support for the pump with attached hoses during stationary operation.

The pump type offers further constructive advantages:

air can be sucked in without damage to the impellers

there is no contact between the medium and the motor

low speed with high liter output

This pump is suitable, for example, for transferring water, heating oil, or diesel into various tanks.

Approved media:

Water, seawater, wine, vegetable oil, diesel, heating oil

The media to be pumped must not contain abrasive substances.

In this case, the pump must be equipped with a suitable filter.

The viscosity must not exceed max. 100 cSt.

The medium temperature must be below 70 °C.
