The pump has a switch for reversing the direction of rotation.

This means it can suck and push without changing the hoses.

Due to its functional principle, the side channel pump is dry-run safe for short periods.

The side channel pump must be filled once with the medium to be pumped; then it is permanently self-priming, as liquid always remains in the pump.

Since this side channel pump is operated with a bypass, this valve must be closed when filling the pump for the first time.

If the height difference between the pump axis and the liquid level is more than 6 meters, the use of a check valve is advisable.

This also applies if a long horizontal distance has to be overcome.

Optionally with the pump, you receive the depicted dismountable transport cart.

This cart facilitates the use of mobile pumps and provides the necessary support for the pump with attached hoses in stationary operation.

The pump type offers further design advantages:

there is no contact between the medium and the motor

low speed with high liter capacity

This pump is suitable, for example, for transferring water, heating oil, or diesel into various tanks.

Approved media:

Water, seawater, wine, vegetable oil, diesel, heating oil

The media to be pumped must not contain abrasive substances.

In this case, the pump must be equipped with a suitable filter.

The viscosity must not exceed max. 100 cSt.

The media temperature must be below 70 ° C.
