Electric gear pump in 12 Volt version.

This pump is suitable for continuous operation with vegetable oil, for example, as a pre-feed pump in trucks/tractors/CHP plants. Special application as a pump for Common Rail engines.

The gear pump has a guaranteed service life of 8000 - 10,000 operating hours, depending on the pressure driven.

A pre-filter is mandatory to maintain the warranty. These filters can be found under the Filters category. For example, the filter shown, which can be operated with banjo bolts. Instead of banjo bolts and ring eyelets, the use of straight fittings with 16x1.5 thread or ermeto fittings is also possible.

The pump has an external return with an M14x1.5 internal thread. This must be connected to prevent possible damage due to increased pressure build-up.

A special feature of this pump is its ability to flow through when switched off. This allows for emergency operation of up to 2.5 l/min, eliminating the need for a bypass around the pump.
