This pump is suitable for continuous operation with vegetable oil, for example, as a pre-supply pump in trucks/tractors/CHP units. Special application as a gear pump for common rail and PD engines.

By arrangement, the pump can also convey brake fluid and antifreeze. Please contact us separately for the use of the aforementioned media.

The gear pump has a guaranteed service life of 8,000 - 10,000 operating hours, depending on the pressure driven.

An additional return outlet of the pump must be connected to the return to the tank. This enables trouble-free operation.

A pre-filter is mandatory to maintain the warranty. These filters can be found under the "Filters" category. For example, the filter shown, which is to be operated by means of banjo bolts. Instead of banjo bolts and ring eyelets, the use of straight fittings with 14x1.5 thread is also possible.

The adapter shown has a 1/8 to 14x1.5 thread. This allows ring eyelets and banjo bolts to be attached to the pump outlets. Likewise, the use of straight fittings with 14x1.5 thread is also possible. You can find this adapter in the "Nozzles" category under the ZP-12-24V button.
