Whether it is an automatic petrol or diesel pump, an automatic valve for solvents or manual pump nozzles for oil, all versions can be repaired.

The ZVA nozzles sent in are completely disassembled into all individual parts and cleaned.

After a visual inspection of all components, worn, deformed or corroded components are discarded.

All seals are replaced as a matter of principle, and all other individual parts are replaced as needed.

Final assembly is carried out by trained specialists with many years of experience.

After assembly, the fuel nozzles are adjusted on a test bench identical to the ZVA series production.

This process includes checking the function, the automatic shut-off function and the external and internal tightness of your ZVA fuel nozzle.

You receive a 1-year warranty on the repair of your ZVA nozzle.
