After a long time, here's another post featuring a motorcycle.
It's a Harley Davidson Sportster, built in '92.
As is often the case with Harley owners, the base model is technically improved and visually enhanced.
Our customer has also caught the bug and created his own website for it.
His latest project was the modification of the oil tanks.
The oil tanks from model years 1983 to 1993 repeatedly develop cracks in the rear bracket.
The solution is to install the oil tank from the last series (1997-03).
Unfortunately, Harley Davidson does not offer hose connectors for the new connection.
From our extensive product range of hose connectors, the customer could choose from 233 products and found the necessary parts there.
The conversion is documented here.
We wish for more creative ideas for the Harley Davidson conversion and an accident-free 2016 season.
