The owner of the NICONE contacted us by e-mail, asking if we could offer a high-quality pre-supply pump for the Volvo Penta engine.

According to him, the last three 12-volt diesel pumps had only lasted 1 year each.

The ship was now anchored in Panama, and a good solution had to be found.

Based on our experience, I recommend the Facet Dura Lift type 40222 Diesel Pre-supply Pump.

Our customer wanted to be able to refuel his agricultural fleet directly in the field with diesel.

Time is money, especially for contractors during harvest season. Every minute of downtime is precious time.

The diesel tank of the John Deere 9780i CTS shown here holds 700 liters of diesel and needs to be refilled frequently, as the 355 hp 6-cylinder common rail diesel consumes a significant amount during threshing.

The 12-volt diesel tank pump we supplied delivers 80 l/min and fills the empty diesel tank in approx. 9 minutes.

It would only be faster with 24-volt power. The 24-volt side channel pump with 166 l/min is ideal here.

The driver of the Hymer motorhome was more than dissatisfied with the windshield washer system of his B564.

The single-jet nozzles only wet a small part of the large panoramic windshield, resulting in poor visibility.

By installing the long 52 mm washer nozzles, he now has a better spray angle on the windshield.

At the same time, the dual-jet washer nozzles ensure a better distribution of the washer fluid and finally wet the wipers completely.

The wiping result is many times better than with the original washer nozzles.

Admittedly, a rather unusual application for our nozzles and fuel hoses.

The customer chose the products based on their appearance.

The two items were ordered last minute by Düsseldorf-based photography designer Christian Lord Otto and delivered directly to the studio via DPD express.

There, the shots for the Toyota Auris Hybrid Eco Challenge campaign were taken.

As shown in the photo, the machine is receiving its final coat of paint and D-EOHS identification.

Two 12-volt solenoid valves are installed at the wing roots.

These solenoid valves allow control of the different fuel levels in the two wings.

Furthermore, in this Super Pulsar you will find our check valves and band-type hose clamps.

All tests have been passed without errors, and the machine has received its approval.
