Sailboat Catamaran Nautitech on circumnavigation with 12 volt transfer pump for gasoline and diesel.

Segelboot Katamaran Nautitech auf Weltumseglung mit 12 Volt Umfüllpumpe für Benzin und Diesel.

Today, we are showcasing a customer's brand-new Nautitech Open 40-foot catamaran.

For non-sailors: The boat measures 11.98 m in length and 6.98 m in width.

The sailing catamaran has two 80 hp Volvo Penta inboard diesel engines, which deliver their power via the saildrive.

The catamaran has just been delivered and is equipped for circumnavigation.

Of course, a Facet dura lift pump with 12-volt drive is a must-have.

This can pump both diesel and petrol.

With the help of this pump, for example, the outboard tank can be filled easily and in an environmentally friendly way.

On long journeys, there are also remote places where diesel is only available in steel barrels.

This is where the mobile 12-volt refueling pump with a long suction and discharge hose comes in handy.

The suction height is 3 m and the diesel pump is self-priming.

So, everything is ideal for self-refueling.

With the help of the 12-volt DC pump, you can transfer fuel between the two installed diesel tanks.

This may be necessary for various reasons.

It is also possible to pump out the diesel tanks, for example, for cleaning purposes if the diesel is contaminated with diesel bug.

The Facet Dura Lift pump has a transparent sight glass with a built-in 80-micron stainless steel sieve.

This ensures clear monitoring of the pump's function.

At the same time, the fuel is cleaned of coarse impurities.

This petrol transfer pump has dry-running properties of up to 4 hours and is equipped with a check valve.

The operating temperature is -31 to +55 C.

So, a real universal pump.

We wish our customer a great time during the circumnavigation and always a fair wind and following seas.
