Used cars for sale can be emptied cheaply and quickly.
Cars going to the scrapyard are professionally emptied this way and even generate some money.
Of course, the model shown can also be used for refueling, as a 12-volt canister pump. Meaning you can extract 20 liters from military fuel canisters and refuel your vehicle with it.
The model shown was welded in the customer's workshop for specific use.
We supplied the two 12-volt fuel pumps, conductive petrol hose, manual petrol nozzle, brass Y-hose connector for 8 mm rubber fuel hose and round hose clamps.
The customer adapted the trolley with a nozzle holder, 12-volt car battery, and electrical wiring.
A really clean job, as you can see in the photos.
The employees affectionately call the trolley "Hoppie 3000".
The two pumps together draw 4 l/min and can dry-prime over a height difference of up to 3 m.
The pump model Facet Dura-Lift has dry-running properties of up to 4 hours and is equipped with a check valve.
Digital measuring system for irrigation technology up to 100 l/min
Our client designs and builds irrigation systems of various types.
Until now, there have been no testing devices on the market to determine the actual amount of water used at certain pressures.
Because of this lack, he developed his own measuring system for irrigation technology using our digital flow meter.
The measuring device can be used wherever it is necessary to measure water pressure or other media as a function of flow.
The determined data is needed for the correct design and planning of the end-user operated with the medium.
This could be, for example, an irrigation system or a fountain
system.
This device is certainly also useful when various pumps or systems need to be checked for actual performance.
The digital testing device, along with the illustrated accessories, can be supplied fully assembled and ready for use in an aluminum case upon request.

The technicians were looking for a solution to a problem in the field of diesel pre-delivery and it turned out that we are based in the same city.
This allowed us to get a direct impression of the application in the production halls.
In this case, the customer manufactures housings for self-sufficient power supply in the field of telecommunications technology.
In the hybrid system, a single-cylinder diesel engine operates, supplied by two 720 liter tanks.
The fuel is drawn from the top and the diesel pump is not able to suction this difference in height.
For this special application, we supply a complete pump system consisting of two 12-volt Facet Dura-Lift pumps, two diesel fuel filters with water separation and all fuel hoses with hose connectors.
The cubes are used in India. There, they supply mobile phone masts with power in the most remote regions.
The maintenance interval for this outdoor hybrid power supply is one year.
Therefore, all installed components must meet a high standard to rule out failures.

Today, Cave Remy Cina winery offers a small glimpse into its wine cellar.
It's especially interesting because the Swiss family shows our large wine filter pump in action.
The private winery is located in the heart of Salgesch, a red wine metropolis.
For three generations, they have exclusively pressed wines from their own grapes, which thrive in ecologically managed vineyards.
The most important grape variety is Pinot Noir.
To ensure that the wine is gently transferred and filtered, one of our wine pumps is used.
This wine filter pump works with 6 filter sheets in the format 20 x 20 cm. We offer these filter sheets as standard in three filter finenesses.
From the 3 micron coarse pre-filter to the fine 0.7 micron filter, up to the sterile filter with 0.25 micron.
The complete pump head of the side channel pump, the filter system and the mounting frame are made of stainless steel.
The filtering capacity of the sheet filters is between 3.3 and 5 l/min.
The characteristics of our wine filter pumps are low pressure and low speed.
These enable gentle filtration of the valuable premium wines from the Salgesch region.
If you've acquired a taste for them, you can also sample the wines on site and buy them directly from the winemaker.

This works with 10 filter sheets in the format 20 x 10 cm and has a flow rate of 1.6 - 2.5 l/min.

In the course of engine changes in the series, the factory installed a bypass in the oil supply.
Some owners of older engines are now trying to implement this themselves.
