How can our shop rescue a vacation with a Winnebago SunDreamer?
Our customer had an aged air spring in his motorhome's air suspension system that had burst.
Naturally, this happened just before his vacation, which was planned for Croatia.
The motorhome, a Winnebago SunDreamer, needed to be repaired quickly.
There was no time to wait for parts to arrive from the USA.
Replacements for the original air springs were found in Germany.
However, that's when it got tricky.
The connection fittings and the air hose had different thread sizes and diameters.
This is where we were able to help.
The fittings and thread reducers were quickly sourced and shipped express with the appropriate adhesive.
The customer carried out the assembly himself.
The behemoth from America is a Winnebago SunDreamer, built in 1993, in a special edition.
The vehicle has a 6.2-liter V8 diesel engine with 150 hp.
Typical for America, the 8.5 m long rolling home is equipped with an automatic transmission.
This handles the 6.7-ton motorhome well.
The Winnebago SunDreamer offers sleeping space for 5 people and glides along on twin tires with a combined air suspension and leaf spring setup.
Even when two Simson mopeds are carried on the rear rack, the automatic air suspension always maintains the same level.
No headlight adjustment is necessary, which is why it's also not present.

Borgward Isabella Coupe, conversion from mechanical diaphragm fuel pump to an electric 6 volt fuel pump
Our customer owns this beautiful Borgward Isabella Coupe, built in 1959.
Unfortunately, there were recurring problems with the fuel supply and the classic car wouldn't run.
Even replacing the mechanical fuel pump and cleaning the tank and lines didn't help.
Since the installation of the 6-volt auxiliary pump from Pumpen Peters, the car now runs perfectly.

Gear pump 24 volt direct current for continuous use
This gear pump is suitable for 100% duty cycle.
Stepless pressure adjustment from 1 to 5 bar is a key feature of this gear pump.
The gear pump can be used with lubricating media such as diesel and oil.
By arrangement, the pump can also convey brake fluid and antifreeze.
As seen in the photos, the gear pump is used as a lubricant pump.
It supplies lubricating oil to the drive of an SS 600 Triplex pump.
The stationary Volvo engine provides the power for the triplex pump, allowing it to convey liquids at high pressure.
The installed 24 Volt gear pump is suitable for continuous operation.
